Was he the reason for this? Blame committee by all means but I'm not so sure bbm didn't create the problem himself only judging by his comments from start of window! Cannot see logical reason why we couldn't get in players in the positions we all know was required.. we probably had small budget but that wouldn't have stopped sighnings given bbm must have known what he was working with?

Do we have a transfer committee again now? or did Tan not back BBM? Or did BBM just mess it up by having too narrow a list?

Or did Tan just tell BBM who to sign, or get ChooChoo to do his bidding rather than listen to his rather successful manager.

My view which Im sure will be shot down as it is all rumour is that Tan/Choo had a player list and BBM had a player list. The board would only sanction their own list and were pushing BBM to sign players he didnt want.

I have no doubt that ChooChoo was even negotiating with players who BBM didnt want.

It's not conspiracy its just a plain attack on the board based on nothing.... whats more probable is bbm having no plan B after some of his 1st choices didn't materialise ? Thats based on bbms statements of him having targets but being a bor cautious more like being pragmatic and unwealding in what he wanted

Well BBM is the manager and in him I trust.. we all have our opinions, but then again none of us have ever made the grade to be a football manager’
Maybe I am being optimistic, but I trust in NNM’s judgement.

Choo cocking up negotiations.
BBM not able to get the players he wants.
BBM not settling for second best.

People going into meltdown is ridiculous.

I certainly wanted a few players in especially a striker. I was disappointed with the transfer window.
I think with just a couple of players we could have pushed on.

Saying that, we’ve got a great squad and I’m happy to get on with it and consolidate a mid table or thereabouts finish this season.

I agree with you Jonny. BBM would have given a list of players to the board that he wanted like a normal football manager would do.

It goes to show how badly run we are that the hierarchy won't listen to the man they hired to run the football side of the club.
