Wouldn't surprise me

If we didn't sign anyone today tbh if we do it will be 1 or 2 max I expect. If we add more than 2 I would be shocked, we never make loads of sigings on deadline day, we have a good side now but with 1 or 2 injuries we could really struggle. We are already thin at the back with the current injuries fingers crossed bbm and his team surprise me and make 3 or 4 additions but just cant see it happening imo. Hopefully im wrong and by 11pm we will know. Got my fingers and toes crossed for some good transfer business today.

We need squad depth, as it stands with no injuries I would have us finish around 19th, if we get long term injuries then we will be pulled right into a dogfight, hopefully by 11pm we will have a couple in, if BBM isnt backed then I wouldn't blame him if he jumped ship at the first opportunity.

I wonder if quite a few of the players we were in for have ended up going elsewhere.

I wouldn’t have been surprised if we were in for Monga and CozierDubery, as that fits the profile of pacy winger we need.

Also the inflated fees of the premier league really seem to be working their way down into the championship. I don’t think we would be prepared to spend anywhere near the kind of sums that players are being bought for this summer.
