Won't be hugely surprised if his return to playing is the same as Fish in 3 months time.
Shame because he is our best defender but as a city fan i am hoping for a speedy recovery for him

Not really he did exactly the same with rambo? The pitch and weather was awful and yet he played him and he got injured and rambo was not same afterwards

Im pretty sure its a different injury to the one he got playing for wales as im sure that was his foot , although I could be wrong
But he was seen in a knee brace a few days ago

Don't see why he shouldn't have been played unless he was carrying an injury. He is part of the Welsh squad and it would have been part of the building for the Nations League. Unfortunate but that's football not Bellamys fault.

We actually have only 2 out with football injuries as Fish has a hernia i believe.

Happens with all clubs and some worse than ours.

Spurs recently had virtually their whole back four out for months.

If we brought him back one game before the Wales games for 45 mins, I wouldn't trust Wales not to play him in both games for 90 minutes; they've cost us so many injuries. I would rather us wait an extra week or two just so we know he won't play in them at all.

If we brought him back one game before the Wales games for 45 mins, I wouldn't trust Wales not to play him in both games for 90 minutes; they've cost us so many injuries. I would rather us wait an extra week or two just so we know he won't play in them at all.

Agree with that. Bellars was a tool playing Dylan in that game. Almost like sabotage, but it's kept the player away from his club football and importantly, when we need him most in the Championship.

I was told his injury is the same type of injury that Rubin had, not exactly the same, it is a knee problem to do with growth and development. Not clearing up quickly as we can see. Players get injured, it is just one of those things.

I cringe when I see posts on here about him being made of glass, injury prone, get rid, cash in... shocking, get a grip! He is the best defender to come through our academy in over ten years, time will tell but maybe ever.

Not many 19 year olds play as he did last year for club and country, especially at centre back who tend to come good from 22 onwards.

Unless he was already carrying an injury at the time I dont understand why Bellamy shouldn't have played him in the game. The season was over for him and indeed all the others who played that night.

I was 5"7 at 18 and ended up 5"11 by 22, (my waist then started to grow ) you don't stop growing at 18 !!!!

Rubin has finally strengthened up to match his frame and is looking to rip this league apart.

Let's be honest, he is a Caerphilly boy; he is not turning down the opportunity to play for Wales and Bellamy is going to use the best available and he already is......
