He was saying that when he came to the club, he thought that Perry Ng thought it would be fine to just carry on what he's been doing and not progress.

But BBM thought he needed to push himself to become a better player and be more involved in attacking play.

The question about Ng was asked because he said today that BBM was "the manager he's waited to have for his whole career".

Its a push to Perry who has more potential if he switches on rather than settles as where he is.
