I don't quite get the thrust of this thread.

We have an owner who has multiple businesses. Why would he have daily contact on transfers with the management team of one of those businesses - even if it is an important one-which has clearly been given a budget and are working to an agreed plan?

Surely, you let them get on with it and respond to a major issue/question if/when it is raised.

Standard business stuff really.
