PR set to quit?

Wed Jan 06, 2010 11:04 am

According to the other MB he could be close to going? Not sure if it's a good thing at the moment with the purposed takeover?

That must mean the club is totally skint then and there's no more chance of making a buck.

Paul, Total Rubbish Mate, Just spoke to him he is firing on all Cylinders and is staying to fight it out. He just said he wont quit till were in the Premier, PUT THAT ON the Key Board Warriors mb  :ayatollah:

He will loose his £500,000 Million in shares.

I hope he doesn't quit because that will mean he's run out of options. Due to his pride being at stake I can't see him quitting unless either the takeover is complete or he's got nothing left to turn to.

Him leaving now really would be the worst case scenario. If he left but said the HMRC debt was sorted then that might be a good thing but I still believe he can do a job for us.

Vince on the keyboard warriors mb claims he's on the verge of quitting.
You've been told otherwise.

Now, if Vince was told by PR he's on the verge of quitting and has told you he'll not quit till we're in the Prem, there's a pretty obvious problem there.

One of you were lied to.

£500,000 million in shares? Didn't realise he had that much Annis!!, no wonder he's staying! Unfirtunately, it can only be absolute bloolox that he is n the verge of quitting, he has too muc riding on us financially, whilst given the amount of time he has been here and the bullshit he hs fed us during that time, he's hardly likely to suddenly get a conscience.

I thought Vince posted on here earlier saying we all need to back Ridsdale? He wouldn't be saying that if PR was going to quit surely?

How would quitting affect his shares? Only way it could would be if there was a clause in his contract saying that upon removal / quitting, he had to sell them back to the club for a prescribed price.

It's probably shares promised if the takeover is successful.

He's already a sizeable amount of shares from the stadium development, converting bonus into equity. Those certainly wouldn't be affected. Your comment may have validity, certainly plausible.

So he wont quit now until we are in the Premier League, originally he was going when the stadium was built, then he was going when he was no longer wanted, then he was staying coz the Malaysians want him to stay, then yesterday he's telling Vince he's going to walk away, why don't he put and end to all the rumours, make a press statement and just tell the f*cking truth, not versions of it, not second hand truth, not rumours, just the f*cking TRUTH.

Tell us how he's paying the tax bill off, tell us what's really happening with the season ticket money, tell us where the academy money is going, tell us who's paying the staff wages at the moment, tell us how much discount they have promised Birmingham if the pay what they owe us for Johnson early. that's yet again future income being used now.

Tell us the real reason the team have changed bus companies.Tell us why he's happy to take all the credit for delivering the stadium, yet wont accept the blame for the 7million pound short fall in fitting it out, but surely Pete you told us all the money for the stadium was ring fenced. how can you take a £500,000 bonus, which actually is now worth " 2 million if the Malaysians are being quoted 40p plus per share, and then tell the tax man they were only worth £20,000 in total.

Lot's of us are doubtful, but the tax man must be going mental.

It looks like he's wriggling out of this one, too. No doubt when he tells us the HMRC are being paid in full [out of ST revenues], we'll all shout 'for he's as jolly good fellow'.
