BBM has said tonight that Eli King will be going out on loan.

Fear that injury last season blew his chance

He was extremely unlucky to be injured last season as he may possibly have been a decent League 1 player.

Not Championship quality for me though I'm afraid.

That Eli King gone, his chance came and gone, he would have been kept if he was 6'5" and could play CB, Cardiff have got too many similar players in the mid field, so good luck to him and his future.

From what I've seen, I think he's a player. I was devastated at his injury as I think that season in L1 was what he needed.

I think that could have been ship-sailed for us now, sadly.

I agree; he could have been another to hone his undoubted talent in League One

Been unlucky with his injuries, and BBM stated the reason he’s not in the current squad is because he believed Eli would be better off getting game time under his belt, rather than sitting on the bench

We will see what happens in January but I wish him nothing but the best!
