Good player. Not sure he's worth £5m right now, but has potential.

Being able to stay in London probably a big factor in why he agreed to it. Can't underestimate that for London based players.

Always said that teams up north (excluding your monsters like Liverpool or Man U) and farthest west have to pay a premium to get (foreign) players to look beyond the London.
