Lawlor for new CB

Hope im wrong but my worry is that if we have been given the green light to get a CB is that does it mean with the absence of lawlor that he is a late deal out?
This is just my opinion and im not being or trying to act like I know im just thinking out loud amd hoping im wrong

I was told he's already agreed terms to go elsewhere weeks ago but Cardiff have said they have to wait until replacements come in hence the injured talk and he's been fit for weeks but you know what pub talk is like hopefully the same as most online storys, 95% bullshit

Don't have any inside information, but I don't think us bringing in a CB has anything to do with the possibility of Lawlor leaving.

After the game, BBM was asked by Rob Phillips "who needs a centre back?" to which BBM said "I think we do".

Then he was asked "it can't go on like this can it?" and BBM just said "no".

So that suggests a CB coming in has no relation to Lawlor possibly leaving. Personally I still don't think we need a CB, but BBM knows best and I'll welcome the player - whoever it is.

Pub talk rarely makes sense but this is a corker.

Why suggest he cannot go until replacements in and then NOT play him and feign an injury.

We remain in the same situation whether he is here or not.

If a club meets our inflated valuation for Lawlor, it's never going to be dependent on us getting a 2-a-penny championship centre-half!

He is a youngster who hasn't fully matured yet, we saw it with Rubin. Why is it so hard to believe ?

If Lawlor was leaving he would, have gone weeks, ago.
