Seen on social media that it might be Reda Johnson. Been at the club a few years now, mainly working at the academy. Started off coaching the U15s but worked his way up through the academy.

A few Derby fans praising our decision to leave four up when defending corners, I guess that was decided by him.

Was a very bold decision but worked very well and stops the crowd around Trott

Did notice corners not always going far post as in previous season.. also my bug beare of 11 man defence at corners appears to be over? Need two further upfield when defending corners especially late in game...we dint want to invite pressure we're not good at keeping ball out late in games

We had everyone back against Wrexham i believe, im guessing it was due to no centre backs on the pitch

I'm not sure guessing it was because of Moore until last 20mins when they decided to park bus... yesterday we didn't want to risk scoring last ten minutes it was the game management mode we always seem to apply when last ten mins come along if not losing

It's a risky game to play I can only ever remember seeing that done once against us and it really didn't work... We did have Moore, Flint and Morrison at the time though
