e mails have been sent by the club to all season ticket holders and members eligible to vote

Placing your Vote for the Fan Advisory Board Fan Representatives.
If you are having problems voting, please follow the below:

1: Login to your Cardiff City Ticket account , as if you’re buying a ticket
2: Scroll down to Place Your Vote Picture
3: In the right hand corner of the picture click the basket.
4: Assign to yourself, some fans have several on account as they buy for others.
5: Select one candidate and click Buy
6: You have three votes, so you can select two others from the five.
7: If you place all 3 votes for one person, two votes will be null and void and unable to use again

I haven’t had an email either, and rarely do when such events occur

I also had issues voting for the FAB until Corky posted the instructions, and all done now

Go to official site, log in go to tickets and its there, you can vote three times , you buy a vote for free then go back in and buy another one FREE and then finally buy a third free...its a stystem thats in place to ensure only ST and members and those over 16 can vote...buts its the same process as buying a ticket
