Evening all, the FAB election is live on the clubs Ticket page, here is my personal statement
Personal Statement – Cardiff City FAB Election 2026
Name: Paul Clements
I am a lifelong Cardiff City supporter and current season ticket holder. Following encouragement from many respected supporters, I have decided to stand for election to the Fan Advisory Board as an independent candidate.
I believe the FAB should provide a strong, constructive and representative voice for supporters. It should operate transparently, communicate openly with fans and work collaboratively with the club and all recognised supporter groups.
Through conversations with current and former FAB members, as well as supporters from across the fanbase, I believe there are clear opportunities to improve awareness of the FAB and its elections, strengthen communication with supporters, and ensure members feel able to raise concerns openly and constructively.
If elected, I will work to:
• Improve the promotion and accessibility of future FAB elections so more supporters know how to stand and vote
• Encourage clear, accurate and timely publication of meeting minutes
• Support an environment where members can raise legitimate supporter concerns respectfully and without unnecessary restriction
• Work positively with the Supporters’ Trust, Supporters Club, Disabled Supporters’ Association and all sections of the fanbase
• Encourage greater cooperation between supporter groups while respecting their different roles and perspectives
• Represent the interests and views of Cardiff City supporters fairly, honestly and independently
I am not standing on behalf of any organisation or faction. I will listen to supporters from across the fanbase and work constructively to ensure their views are heard.

Well written and I think/hope you’ll get a lot of support 
Serious question to those already on the FAB; has there been genuinely meaningful engagement with the club and how are the Trust perceived within the larger FAB group?

Just submitted two votes for you, it would be great if all on here could also put in a vote.
You do it via the ticketing section in the app or desktop site just like a normal transaction, you'll see the FAB vote as an option there. Only takes a minute and it would be great if Paul got elected for a strong independent fan voice on the the FAB.
