Scanlon provides cover in a position we lack depth. It’s a good move, he’s played minutes in liverpools preseason, he knows the players and style of play too. Please that some transfer activity has happened.

If he goes to their sister club Strasburg then nothing we could do It will be some creative internal accounting move as was his transfer from Villa

There is an upside to counter loosing kellyman and to cheer everyone up the other players are happy about there showers at the upgraded training ground

Once we signed Jack Moylan, I always doubted whether Kellyman would return. How would we play both in the 10? Before bashing the club lets see where Kelleyman ends up first too. The critical comments about Scanlon being injured are also unfair. He's exactly the cover we need for Bagan and in glimpses last year you can see real potential as a wing back too.

Didn't seem upset in his press conference today either. He has consistently refused to engage in transfer talk and/or politics. Refreshingly he is always about coaching the players and improving them. The window is still open for a number of weeks and we can only judge whether he is being backed when it closes.

I don't know why people are upset, I said he wouldn't be back at the end of last season so it's no surprise to me.

Let's just get on with supporting the team & the manager on Monday night rather than all this bickering.

He's going to Strasbourg in Ligue 1 for a substantial fee which was rumored as the case earlier in the summer. Again this makes the signing of Moylan as perfect sense.

Considering they paid 19m for him must assume it was North of 15m ! No way will we pay that for him

Good news on Scalon

Shame with Kellyman, but I'm pleased we've got Scanlon back. He did alright last season and I think better is to come when he's fully fit. He was still catching up with fitness last season.

He's played in the Championship for Millwall and although we all expect Bagan to start at left back, Scanlon will provide some excellent competition. It's a good signing and Bagan will know he needs to keep performing to keep his place now.

Wintle was poor to average in the championship and decent at league one level and that’s where he ended up ffs.

Our manager didn’t want him and you’re still crying about that.
I’d rather trust our managers decision than yours.

No way was Kellyman one of or two best players last season. Absolutely nowhere near that. Besides we are absolutely fine in the no. 10 position as he was pretty crap as winger.
