Sadly, it’s the (supposed) bright lights and cash of the Premier League that motivates many youngsters these days
It’s not bitterness, as we’ll never know now, but I firmly believe tbe boy’s best interests would have been developing here under BBM and his coaching team
C’est La vie though, and we move on to players who ‘
want’ to be Bluebirds!

This is OUR club, not Vincent Tan’s! He is a temporary custodian and will be judged on the state he leaves us in when he leaves!

Plus they are in the shop window and get a chance to show what they do; when Hull go down, their best and most promising players get sold to established Premier League clubs like Brighton and Brentford.
It was a gamble either way, but I suppose at this stage in his career, it's take the big money and give it a good go, a bit gutted he sounds a decent player but as you say C'est La Vie, onwards and upwards and on to the next
