Sky Bet EFL broadcast selections for the period up until the FA Cup Third Round in January 2027 have now been confirmed.

Two of our Sky Bet Championship fixtures will be shown live on Sky Sports+. Our away matches at Middlesbrough on Saturday 17th October and Norwich City on Saturday 21st November will both kick-off at the earlier time of 12:30pm.

The first South Wales derby of the season will be shown live on Sky Sports Football. This fixture will now take place on Sunday, 29th November, 12:00pm kick-off, at the Swansea.com Stadium.

The kick-off time for our away Severnside derby match has also changed. This match at Ashton Gate will kick-off at the earlier time of 12:30pm on Saturday, 19th December, but will not be televised.

FIXTURE ALTERATIONS | OCTOBER, NOVEMBER & DECEMBER

Middlesbrough vs. Cardiff City - Saturday, 17th October, 12:30pm (Sky Sports+)

Norwich City vs. Cardiff City - Saturday, 21st November, 12:30pm (Sky Sports+)

Swansea City vs. Cardiff City - Sunday, 29th November, 12:00pm (Sky Sports Football)

Bristol City vs. Cardiff City - Saturday, 19th December, 12:30pm

Sky can f**k off , so fed up of them screwing us over with long away trips moved to 12.30 that middlesbrough trip is going to be an early start for me

strange as i thought all the derbies would be on tv

I agree and sympathise for all travelling up from S.Wales. For me it just means a breakfast start on the road as opposed to mid morning start. Sky really do not give a shit about fans!

Now I'm about as fkd off as I can possibly be, ridiculous 12 & 12.30 kick offs mean 4 & 4.30 am for me. Bastards!

Not sure how this would work because sky probably give huge amount of money to home club to change ko, but I'm sure home fans don't like it either as some would be working at that time. Could extra payment on season ticket be an answer to blocking sky to cover the loss to home club and extra on away fans tickets. Don't shoot me down on this just thinking out loud or another way to block sky dictating ko times

Football sold it's soul to Sky many years ago and it's too late now to put the genie back in the bottle I'm afraid.

That wouldn't change it. It's part of the TV deal that all EFL clubs sign with Sky.

And as much as we don't like it, the clubs would all be screwed without that TV deal.
