Who will be this seasons breakthrough stars from the academy do we think?

Last season we were treated to more than weve probably ever had as a team come through at once

This year I think Tank will be given a chance. He seemed to get high praise for yesterday and the fact hes gone on pre season shows hes in for a chance. Considering Mafico and Nyakuhwa were not included

Robert Tankiewicz

Good early signs in pre-season for Tankiewicz.

I guess BBM will evaluate him in training and decide whether to keep him in the squad, or loan him out.

Obviously depends who comes in. If he's third or fourth choice then better to loan him out. Always thought a mistake we made was not loaning out Rubin when he was young, could have helped him a lot.

Joel's loans at Cheltenham and Exeter did him the world of good.

Tanks has looked very impressive, but would not be surprised if hes used a lot in preseason then shipped out to a L1 or maybe even SPL/SPFL team on loan for competetive game time for a season.

At just turned 17 he is too young to put him out on loan in my opinion, especially all the way in Scotland. He seems a real talent and we need to nuture him here at least until the January window.
