It has been set? if England ask for theirs to be suspended and say no infantino will have to explain why fifa suspended yanks card? Read what infantino said about it and it was a load of bollox trying to say it was an independent decision by fifa commission or whatever... but the commission system for setting bans was abandoned in the 60s after Brazilian political interference with a red card in 62 wc...the only other time a red card didn't result in a suspension .....the rules of WC states a red card is a mandatory 1 match ban no appeal no involvement from Committee .. that's why what infantino said is bollox! He tried to make out its a Committee decision but rules don't allow for them to overturn ban..England need to push gor suspension of card just to put infantino into a corner

It won't do anything Infantino doesn't care. Unless the big European and South American countries step in and threaten a boycott or rival tournament nothing will change. Blatter got ousted and this guy is worse

I think the difference is that most people felt it shouldn't have been a red for Balugan whereas Quansah's was, so England unlikely to appeal successfully - I haven't seen it so can't comment on that.

There is no doubt that this was done as a favour to Trump in my opinion and I'm glad Belgium beat them though acknowledge the USA team and management did nothing wrong.

I would like to see Uefa quit this corrupt organisation and persuade other federations to do the same and set up a rival tournament. Its been done in other sports and I'm sure most fans would like to see the back of Infantino and his seemingly untouchable organisation. It comes to something when Blatter is saying that the integrity in football has gone...
