Director of football

Do you want a director of football at Cardiff City ,?What are your views on what you believe a director of football does?

I used to want one but don't anymore. Seen what's happened at other clubs and often it does more damage than good.

My view is that we should have one .Bbms forte is coaching and bringing players on .Let him just do that and let Dof concentrate on all the other things.
