I agree we will probably get chaapionship quality in ,but yes the lad farmed out to some non league team in Spain is hardly a great recommendation, he could have gone to a higher quality side like bala town.

Of course he rates him or at least I hope he does ,
don' t be so serious, but farmed out to non league just made me laugh hence my bala comment.

I agree 5 or so signings for the first team will be needed if we want to stay up and compete
BUT
Bringing youngsters through to the first team is something weve all been crying out for for years. Now we have a manager in BBM who has put our name out there as a club who like to promote and weve found ourselves in a position where youngsters will pick us over other clubs.
He said upon signing "I just want to be a part of it and be one of those names that have made it through. It’s just so exciting.”
I am very happy that we are recruiting the u21
But yes, some first teamers will do nicely as well

Yes monty thought bit of an odd choice of club to send a 20yr old and we complain about going to Bala?
1 sighning young and 1 bit older filling gaps on production line just what man c and other big clubs do!
Getting to look like only the 4 coming in for 1st team unless somebody extra that's not expensive is available to boost squad

People need to calm down. There was outcry on here about lack of signings last summer but look how it turned out.
Of course the Championship is another level and we need signings but glad we're not rushing to sign just anyone.
So just chill, take up yoga or something.

Not sure anyone needs to calm down Worcester. 1 person has said that we need championship quality players and he's right like I'm sure you'd agree.
Try chilling yourself a bit and stop being so defensive, you'll feel better for it.
Sounds like a very savvy signing for the future this, bring them on I day!

I don't need to chill, as everyone knows I'm always zen. Certainly not being defensive. I don't need to be - I don't work for the club or the manager.
I wasn't just referring to this thread but what people have said on other threads and social media. There does seem to be an element of panic that we haven't signed anyone but I think it's premature.
Will I be disappointed if we don't sign five by the deadline? Yes, and I will say so. I think people are too used to us signing ten players every summer and thankfully those days are gone.

A 20-year-old from Villa is surely a deeper sqaud player.
Its clear to me BBM wants a small tight sqaud with u21's being ready to step up when called upon and take their chance.
I'd be surprised if he doesn't make 10-15 appearances

Nobody needs to chill or calm down people put there points off view across you can reply or leave it but intervening telling people what to do is instructing people, which is no good on a free forum.
