Cardiff to play Swindon Town in the Carabao Cup

Cardiff City to play at home to Swindon Town from League Two in first round of the Carabao Cup.

As well as league fixtures being announced today, the Carabao Cup First Round draw will take place later at 4.30pm.

The First Round of the Carabao Cup will actually be our first game of the season. In a break from tradition, fixtures in this round will take place on the weekend of August 8th.

The draw is again split into North and South, we are in the Southern section.

I remember fighting Swindon fans outside spoons in the back street near the city arms many years ago a right bunch of Charlies.
