Like I said, Macron can say what he wants at the moment because he doesn't have to worry about elections.

Trump is just the latest in a long line of vile leaders, of the USA. His style is different but , like all of them, it’s about continuing the US hegemony. Invading countries and nicking their stuff. Ukraine is now pretty much owned by American businesses. As is Venezuela.

Starmer has a huge authoritarian streak. Keeps saying "fear and division" as if that's a get out of jail free card. Liz Truss took a huge gamble and got sunk on day one... At least she had the sense to realize she was cooked. I do agree though he'll be gone very shortly. I wonder how Labour will spin it when the opposition parties start to say they don't have a mandate

Truss wasn’t trying to censor criticism and descent. Truss wasn’t jailing people for tweets, Truss wasn’t pushing compulsory ID cards. Truss wasn’t trying to control the media and restrict social media. Truss was brought down by the Bank of England, we’ll never know how the economy would have went, under Truss, what we do know is is being getting gradually worse, since the 90s and been a disaster since the 2008 crash.
Starmer will win easily, Restore have destroyed Reforms chances.

We'll agree to disagree but I personally think Truss was worse. I am not arguing that Starmer is in the conversation though.

I hope in the future he'll admit to making bad decisions, but not sure he will.
