will prevent it.... the 100m tv money will be eaten up by added costs their not exactly flush with cash and he's only allowed so much cash input... he's a bit mouthy for an owner.

Very tough to change your whole squad and then be successful in the PL.

Sunderland did it very well last summer but other clubs have tried it and it's just not worked.

They need to add a lot of quality but to be careful they don't get ripped off. No established PL players will join them because they'll know there's a high chance they'll have a relegation on their CV.
