At least £12 Mill plus a 40% Sell On clause
For years and years we’ve virtually always sold way under value:
Dylan Lawlor aged only 20
Wales first team 6 appearances
Cardiff City first team 32 appearances
Cardiff City are said to have placed a £7m–£10m valuation on highly-rated centre-back Dylan Lawlor, with several clubs competing in European football keeping tabs on the 20-year-old.

West Ham United are also reported to be monitoring the defender's situation ahead of a potential move.

If the total deal for McGuinness would have been £7-ish million if Luton went up, then given West Ham are almost guaranteed to go up at some point Lawlor should be at least £14m all in

I agree.
£7 - £10 Million is shocking, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was no sell on fee added to the deal too.
TAN OUT!

I said £15m and a sell on clause would be fair, so I agree with you. Man City put in a 40% sell on clause for Robertson so that size of sell on clause can be done.
Used the example of Jude Bellingham. Birmingham sold him to Dortmund for £25m when he was 17 and then he went to Real Madrid for £100m. Obviously people can debate whether Lawlor has the same level of ability, but it's a good example to use.

If we sell for 7 to 10m we are in desperate straits for monies

Hold out for 20m if we don’t NEED to sell. If somebody wants him that bad they’ll pay it.

We sold Rambo for way less than he was worth and a year too early. We need to try and keep him one more year, even if it's a £15Million and borrow back for a season deal, otherwise wait one year when he will hopefully be worth more.

What clown vauled him at perhaps 7 million ffs

I've said need 50% sell on as his value potentially is £50/60m certainly North of 30m providing he progresses as we think he will

The clown who should be sacked for that valuation.

I wouldn’t sell Lawlor for anything under £20m plus a 50% sell on clause.

Same and that's just going off past championship good players moving to buffer clubs for daft money, but they will take whatever half decent offer they can get then say "we can't stand in the way of a player going to a bigger club he wanted to go" but then it also shows the club's ambition to.

Surely the clueless ones won’t cash in just yet, he will be worth 2 or 3 times more after another good season in the championship. Nothing would surprise me though with those running our club. I just pray BBM has the control these days and those that have blown 200 million getting nowhere, stay nowhere

Vinny may be a tw*t but I don't think he'll let anyone pull his pants down on this one.
This is a man who thinks his club is worth charging potential buyers £200m.
He'll probably want at least £60m for Lawlor.

£60m could be Lawlor’s possible valuation if he excels in the Championship and we get promoted to the Prem. Going on some valuations of a few British and/or English players.
