“England’s first match in the World Cup 2026 is against Croatia and it’s in the Dallas stadium that sits 94,500 people, England fans were only given 4,000 tickets, that’s actually disgusting for any Countries fans.”

This should not be Allowed

I just went on Ticket Master site. There appears to be plenty of tickets for sale with a starting price of $1195 a ticket. IMHO nobody in their right mind is going to pay that price to see a game of football. However, there might be a few Texas corporations who will buy tickets to give out to their best customers - in the US it would be a tax deductible expense.

We all know that there will be more than 4,000 England fans at the game but to only give the English FA an allocation of 4,000 is a disgrace I always loved the World Cup but as I get older it no longer has the appeal mainly due to the money grabbers at FIFA

As long as fans re willing to pay over the top prices, these parasites will keep charging them.

I went to the World Cup back in '06 in Germany with my best mate. We managed to get to see a few games, one of which was Czech v Ghana in Cologne.

Absolutely fab experience, but one thing that stuck with me was at the game in Cologne, there were free-loaders everywhere on a freebie, scoffing champagne and sarnies behind us without any idea what was going on. That was 20 years ago.

Football sadly is a business now more than a sport. Fans are being ripped off in every way possible...shirt prices, ticket prices, allocation of tickets etc.

Maybe it will take a massive crash in some big clubs going under for the authorities to change their tune.

Certainly we need clowns like Infantino(?) of whatever he is called to be booted out of the game. I have no doubt corruption abounds everywhere.
