West Ham can't do any business until they sell the likes of Bowen, Fernandes and Summerville because of the financial issues they have. Parachute payments don't even help them because they took a loan out against future Premier League TV money, which they obviously now don't get.
Anyway I don't see him leaving this summer unless someone offers stupid money, that certainly won't be from West Ham.

Out of those clubs linked you would imagine due to the BBM factor, we would be the preferred destination for a promising young player looking for elite development.

You'd like to think so wouldn't you but the likelihood is he'll go to whichever team pays the highest transfer fee and wages.

If do sell must put in at least a 50% sell on clause because he potentially is a £50m+ valued player in future

If this is all correct (and there's no reason to believe it isn't) what would people accept as an acceptable amount if they came in with an offer? 5, 10, 20 million? No amount whatsoever this summer? Everyone has their price.
I don't think we should be entertaining any offer below 10 million as a minimum. Do I think he's worth that? Not yet but he could be worth a lot more in the future.
