Annis I think it means we have had 14 promotions and are seventh.

I think he means the list is a list of the most promotions, or that's what I took it to mean.

Sorry to be a bit of a killjoy but to be promoted so many times means that in most cases you must have been relegated a lot of times! Be interesting if we are in a list of relegations.

Exactly, go down come back up. Logically you can only ever be promoted 3 times more than you have been relegated (or visa versa) in the top 4 leagues. 6 of the promotions i have seen in my time have been preceded or followed by relegation. Unless you support the likes of Arsenal, United, Liverpool etc its boring if you rarely get relegated because you rarely experience the highs of promotion
