We are delighted to announce that Perry Ng has penned a new contract.

Perry’s agreement with Cardiff City FC will now run until the summer of 2028.

The right-back, who joined in January 2021, has made 233 appearances for the Club to date, scoring 15 times. He is a two-time Player of the Season winner and played 40 times during our successful League One promotion campaign last term.

Speaking about this new agreement, our number 38 said: “I’m delighted to have signed this new deal. I’ve loved my time at the Club so far.

“I’ve grown a lot in my five-and-a-half years in South Wales. I feel like I’ve made a home for myself here.

“I’d like to take this moment to thank the City fans for their support. I’m excited now for myself and this group to take on the challenge the Championship brings."

Great news boys i cannot see anyone leaving without been told to do so, as I think all the players enjoyed this seasons togetherness ,it reminded me of Wales under Chris coleman stronger together.

Good news indeed, I was starting to wonder who we had that could annoy the other teams players as well as he does if he went.

As good as wintle was in league one and id like him to stay , if you asked me to pick 1 from the 3 who had to leave it would be him as ng and bagan would be a lot harder to replace , championship quality full backs especially left back are a rare breed

Totally agree. Ng has a lot of quality and has looked at times like he could even be a prem player, haven't been sold on Bagan at Championship level but he was excellent this year, deserves a new deal and left backs are so rare. We missed Wintle when he hasn't played but is that because he's the only pure defensive midfielder at the club.
