Hull City are preparing for the possibility of the Championship Playoff Final being moved to a later date in the wake of 'Spygate'.
An independent commission is reviewing evidence that Hull's opponents Southampton sent analyst Will Salt to secretly film a Middlesbrough training session ahead of the semi-final.
If the commission decide Saints are guilty they could be subject to sporting sanctions including being expelled from the Playoffs.
This would almost certainly lead to a legal challenge threatening to delay the May 23 final.
Boro players returned to their training ground today in case they are reinstated

Annis any legal challenge would be through courts and that is not a quick fix... this panel is totally independent of efl who have absolutely no input other than to put the information together...... the panel is made up of legal experts so appeal is hardly likely to be successful but as said not sure decision is challengeable given way set up... Swindon were kicked out virtue cup this season there was no appeal and previous expulsions have not been appealed as far as aware... think its due to time sensitive restraints that decisions are final.... we'll see

Allan, as our owner has shown, NO decision is FINAL anymore, so I expect this to be dealt with ‘
softly’ and with any punishment merited out down the line
Personally, I think, if guilty, the (no) Saints should be banned from play-off final and deducted 10 points for next season; but it just can’t see the EFL having the balls to do it!

Not fair on Hull at all as both teams will be preparing to play them whereas Hull are having to prepare for both

Hull City are heading to Wembley after beating Millwall in the Championship play-off semi-final.
The Tigers will face Southampton in the final for a chance to join Coventry City and Ipswich Town in the Premier League next season.
The final is due to kick-off at 16:30 BST on Saturday 23 May.
However, the English Football League (EFL) has said there may be "changes to the fixture" due to ongoing disciplinary proceedings involving Southampton.

I think Hull will win whoever they play, the dark horse of the play offs but they have 3 or 4 match winners in that team.
