Rochdale promoted to EFL

Rochdale have been promoted to League Two after beating Boreham Wood on penalties in the National League play-off final. Boreham Wood were 2-0 up with twelve minutes to go.

Rochdale finished the season in 2nd place with 106 points, which was 16 points clear of 4th placed Boreham Wood.

I don't understand why they don't change it to three up from the National League though.

Every other league has at least three going up.

Apparently the EFL voted against 3 down from.league 2 and 3 up from the national league

Hope they go on to win.

Right outcome I think. Would have been ridiculous if they hadn't have got promoted when they got 106 points.
