Charlie savage

A few outlets reporting were interested , I think he would be a decent back up to wintle , I thought he was decent at our place for reading earlier in the season

Savage would be a top addition to our squad.

From what I have seen of him he has always impressed.

Hopefully he does not have his dads attitude. :laughing6:

Decent player but I think £1.5m+ is a bit steep for a player like him.

Oxford offered £500k in January and I think £500k to £1m is a more reasonable price.

There is also the addded attraction of playing at wales top club.

Would rather Lewis wing to be honest

Great age and a great football upbringing. So glad that we are hopefully targeting this position coz Wintle has little competition at the mo. Would rather Robertson have that extra licence to go forward more instead of protecting the back 4.

We wouldn’t pay 1.5mill or so for a back up

Would much rather Jordan James but we won’t have any chance of having funds to sign him permanently. The only way we would be able to sign JJ is if Tan sold the club to the South African consortium and they funded the move. The only other way if we signed JJ under the Tan regime would be to sign him on loan with a view to a permanent deal if we get to the Premiership. How amazing would it be if Tan sold the club to that consortium? It would be incredible if that happened. Please Tan sell the club or at least fund a BBM with everything he wants.

If true I can see this going the same way as Tom Ince when we were about to sign him and daddy jumped in and told him to go to a better club
Considering how much Robbie hates us I'd be shocked if he doesn't try to talk him out of coming here

Hopefully this is just ‘talk’ and we stay well clear of him.
