Brilliant photos from July.

I don't think many people really believed we would be top two in pre-season, I'm always optimistic but I didn't.

So well done to the manager, players and staff.

Hopefully the key people stay and we add a few to it this summer :bluebird:

My first view of the new set up was Notts County pre season at which it was a breath of fresh air after watching the City away during the relagation season, where at games towards the end of the season it was quite tempting to stay in the pub as opposed to going to the game!

But that Notts Counyt game really gave me some hope, players out wide, youngsters playing without fear, it was refreshing. Got to say the two that impressed me were Alex Robertson (B4 he was injured by an awful tackle), and Eli King , of which I hope is back fully fit this season coming as I believe he will be a great player for us.

So, yes a great season, which I think we as fans needed, fun, goals, and management team that we connected with and a TEAM that connects with us, again some thing that was showing at Notts County :bluescarf:
