O/T is this true migrants uhw

I'm not making any accusations just asking if it's true , talking to someone who was having a procedure out llandough hospital and the subject of migrants came up with one of the nurses,he was told that out the heath down where all the shops and restaurants are they let migrants stay the night and kick them out in the morning before anything opens,if this is true surely it's got to be a security issue amongst other things, like I say only asking,it could be bollocks .

I work in UHW and can hand on heart say I've never seen anyone in the concourse overnight apart from staff. Security move people on from hanging around due to some recent thefts from wards etc

Concourse area as doors closed from 10pm to around 6am so only internal access is allowed but security dont let anyone stay there seen odd people there who are distressed as relatives seriously ill or dying and and went looking for food but never stayed all night..... did night shifts uhw years ago.
