“ Sala case “

The question of whether this case will now be put to bed with no appeal being made was raised.

Dalman stated “it is most likely it will be appealed.”

“If the club does appeal, those present were briefed on some of the dynamics. It will be before a new judge and jury in a new location, and all the evidence gathered for the previous case will be discounted and the process starting over.”

“The club has three months to make the decision on whether to appeal or not.”

If the club appeal against the latest court decision, we as fans need to make it clear to Tan and his clowns and also the football world that we are totally against it and want Tan to leave.

I've said since the first court case that was lost that this isn't about the money for VT, it's all about him feeling justified & not that it was his fault that people died the way they did and he's not going to give up no matter the cost to him until he's run out of options or wins in court & that's when he'll sell up.

Well it’s Cost our Club £millions upon £millions fighting it and losing every case and dragging the good name of our club through the dirt.

Embarrassed Cardiff, when Tan 3 weeks after Emiliano Sala Died tried to deny he was even Our player and when without a doubt Sala was.

It’s mad how narrow minded people are in regard to this.

The reason it wasn’t squashed right away because it is something going on where we are in the right to win.

If we wasn’t it wouldn’t still be going on and plus if their going to appeal it must be something there that we don’t know? Not saying it makes it right but if we are continuing to money into it then there’s a reason for it but seems a lot of people are not being flexible in their way of thinking to this.

It’s still going on because Tan is paying for it to keep going on, All the Courts have gone against Tan, so that’s why he took a Civil case which again went against him.

The Facts are there, every case lost.

The Highest Courts in Europe etc etc all went against Tan.

He’s use to winning as in Malaysia he gets all decisions his way.

We’ve been Fined, Transfer Embargo 3 times, Costs against Us and Nantes awarded money, says it all end off.

But the point is each case would been squashed if there wasn’t anything for us to have reason too which there is.

The fact is on it all I know one or two things from people who have worked on the case and the reason we haven’t won the case and maybe won’t ever (depending on one fundamental reason) is the fee demanded from Nantes, if Tan asked for half the fee under the regulations of financial ruling Nante can pay the fee if it was half but can’t go for the figure that’s being touted. So it’s not like there isn’t a way to get this in our favour. That is the reason why we haven’t won.

None of that is in dispute & like most I think he should give it up but what I'm saying is it's not about the money for VT and he will go on until he has tried everything. It's about something a lot more important to him than money and it will haunt him until he passes unless he eventually wins a court case.

Each Case went against him.

Lawyers have made £millions

Tan has had to go to different Courts etc etc and still it’s gone against him, after Six years of continuous failures , different Courts it’s time to call it a day.

He had to try the the civil way and he still failed ENOUGH
