The question of whether this case will now be put to bed with no appeal being made was raised.


Dalman stated “it is most likely it will be appealed.”

“If the club does appeal, those present were briefed on some of the dynamics. It will be before a new judge and jury in a new location, and all the evidence gathered for the previous case will be discounted and the process starting over.”

“The club has three months to make the decision on whether to appeal or not.”

PLEASE NO JUST SELL to someone who can take us forward TAN OUT AND THE CLOWNS AS WELL!!!!!!!!

If the club appeal against the latest court decision, we as fans need to make it clear to Tan and his clowns and also the football world that we are totally against it and want Tan to leave.

I think this is the answer to people asking about the possibility of selling the club unfortunately.

I said after the recent case result, that I think we should walk and leave it there.

I stand by that.

No Judge verdict can put us back in the prem.
No Judge verdict can put Emiliano back with his family.
No Judge can undo the damage that has already been done to everyone involved.

Let it go Vincent.
Let Emi rest in peace.
Let his family move on.
Let Cardiff city move on.

I've said since the first court case that was lost that this isn't about the money for VT, it's all about him feeling justified & not that it was his fault that people died the way they did and he's not going to give up no matter the cost to him until he's run out of options or wins in court & that's when he'll sell up.
