What are Vincent Tans plans.

Fri Apr 17, 2026 11:59 am

Now we are nearly back in the Championship, what are Vincent Tans Plan for us next?
He mentioned he wanted to sell the club if we got back to the championship because the club be worth more money. Will Tan invest next season to stay in the championship? Or will he sell players to make more returns on his investment? I just dont want Tan to take his time to make up his mind and we dont get anybody in and we start the new season in the championship without any new players coming in. Does anyone else have an idea what's going to happen? Im an over thinker, sorry

Nobody knows.

We never hear from the man himself so it's all just guesswork.

My guess is that he's planning to treat himself to a new pair of high-waisters and then work out how he can justify giving BBM a budget of f**k all whilst expecting an instant promotion to the Premier League.

Tan is a fashion guru, high waisters on the dance floor !!
I hope he sells ASAP.

WHEN WILL WE KNOW IF TAN'S IN OR OUT?

Fri Apr 17, 2026 12:47 pm

It would be good to know early as possible, rather than pre season friendlies starting without a word from above, but this is what i expect.

Can anyone see Tan or dalman coming out with a statement that they are selling up, or this is going to be our plan for next season?

Was' nt tan supposed to be coming over for a game this season?

wasn't dalman going to communicate better with fans this season?

I only hope he will finally call it a day after 15 years ,but have heard nothing from any suiters such as the south Africans or bale's lot.
We live in hope.

Hey Carl sorry budd

just realised I have thought the same as you but did not check the forum to see if someone else had posted virtually the same.

Great minds think alike, perhaps the mods can either take my post down happy for them to do so, or merge sorry once again.

Going on reputation I would think minimum investment. He's not been investing a great deal for a few years now and I expect more of the same.
A real shame because this club of ours has so much potential to be a mid table PREM side.
Would love to see him dip his hand in his deep pockets this coming season but he's very frugal but we live in hope and BBM deserves proper backing.

IMO Tan will investment minimum and possibly sell a player or two with zero communication. The club will be in a relegation battle with the current squad. We may survive, although likely to be relegated and be in League 1 again with less players, less quality and no BBM.

The only hope is that he sells.

Let's enjoy the promotion and the feel good factor while we can :bluescarf:

I don't think we'll ever see Tan in that ground again Monty he knows the reaction he'd get. Dalaman says the same things every year we'll get an interview somewhere in preseason my guess is it'll be along the lines of the club is going to back BBM but within a budget blah blah blah, which will mean he's getting a couple of signings on the cheap and that's it

Surely this cannot continue tan has had a lucky break with bbm, but I think the fans expect him to be backed for the championship a few loans won't cut it, we need to make our voices heard if tan lets this just drift unto another season.

Hit the nail on the head. Only thing I'll add is that they'll sack BBM before Xmas and look to get Steve Morison or Omer Riza in to replace him. Clueless idiots.

Agree about Tan but to be fair, some on here said at the start of this season that BBM would be gone by Christmas.

I’m afraid I 100% agree with Footsoldier.

Bang on my thoughts about Tan.
