Was just trying to think was there any standout player worth us signing from this division for the championship, or are we going to rely on our scouting team to source gems in Europe Africa Asia South america .

I would say Dom Ballard to compete with Salech for the striker position. Scored 22 goals for Orient this season and only 21 but expect there will be loads of Championship clubs looking at him.

Otherwise we'll need a bruiser centre back for the Championship, maybe we can find one from this league.

Plenty of bruisers in this league should be playing American football

Ballard and tolaj are the 2 standouts but miles out of our price range , jayden wareham of Exeter has scored 23 goals this season in a struggling team is 23 years old valued between 300-500k is a real fox in the box something we been lacking for years

Cozier Dubbery from Bolton. Imagine Kellyman, but good. Currently on loan.

Pye from Stockport. Quality in both games. A proper defender who was decent on the ball.

Max Power. Maybe wont make the jump, but someone with his agression id love.

Lisbie at Peterborough. His brother at Colchester is class also. Speedy wingers. Kevins boys.

I'd imagine Tan will sell up this summer, he won't want to invest strenghten squad so would risk relegation again which would reduce selling price. Better he sell after promotion for higher price. New owners probably invest in squad then after talks with BBM

That's the dream scenario it's dalman though that's happy to sit on his interest that we pay him on his loan to us.

Can't see him leaving for another club that's got promoted with them.

Especially as we've got the option to buy Trott which I'm sure we'll use.

Tolaj is the only obvious one. Dom Ballard is a very good player but he's not a target man.

I would hope that BBM & his team will have been evaluating the players from the other teams in League 1 - getting a close up view when we played against them. This is something the other teams in the Championship & also the Premier League teams will not have had the opportunity to do. I would think this gives us a leg up when it comes to transfer targets.

That crossed my mind when posting this topic.

Any really good player in League One won't be available on a free transfer.

That's the pool we'll be fishing in this summer.

I thought Ballard was the best forward player I have seen this year. I thought he could play 10 or even out wide as he looked technically very good. Surely Orient wouldn’t charge that much?!
