Dominic Foster ( Huddersfield Fan/ Season Ticket Holder ) :
Got to be honest, I thought you had a lot more of the ball but we had by far the better chances.
Hit the bar twice
Scored 1
Your Keeper made very good saves
Goal disallowed that I need to see again but apparently onside.
You pass well and of course got a point but our keeper didn't save much.
I did expect much more in honesty from Cardiff

That's a good assessment of the game and the way we've played most of the season.
60 to 70% possession is good but it's what you do with it that counts. We attack too slowly. Passing the ball from one side to the other and back again giving the opponent plenty of time to get 10 men into position.
Yes it's worked in enough games to get us on the brink of promotion which is the important thing but there's been many games where we've needed more pace and speed attacking.
In games we've scored first in the first 30 mins we've mainly won comfortably cos the opposition needs to come out more leaving gaps where they'd normally nullify our attacks with 10 men.
With Salech back we now have a plan B but we still need to get the ball up the field quicker.
But, saying all of that I have enjoyed this season more than I have for years.

Also Salech was offside when he scored, but happy for him after what he's been through.

Hes bang on we were poor but still didn't lose and it's about time we got the rub of the green when it comes to the officials decisions as it Hasn't happened much this season

I'd say this game and port Vale beginning of the season was only time that we had bad decisions go for us

That assessment from the Huddersfield fan is spot on.
They deserved to win and would have if they'd taken one of a few great opportunities just before Salech scored. Trott also made some brilliant saves.
I also think their disallowed goal was onside and Salech's goal was offside now I've seen it again.
But we've had a lot more decisions go against us this season than for us so we were due a couple of decisions like that.
Huddersfield will look at it as two points dropped because they should have won that.

I still think it was offside
The problem with that still is it's not showing from when the last ball was played
That defender playing Salech on side was half a yard behind him when Robbo touched it
But it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things
It's all swings and roundabouts

Easily onside looking at that picture he looks at least inline if not slightly behind but got to remember the head on to him was before the picture was taken so he was even further behind defender .... plus defender foot is playing him onside so definitely onside

I am 100% certain that their disallowed goal after 3 minutes was offside. I am fairly sure that Salech was offside when Robbo flicked it on but I am not complaining.

Pretty sure it was offside from Salech. Hard to see because of the quality, but he was ahead of the defender his step back was late

Video footage in real time shows their defender drop at exactly the wrong time to play Salech onside.
In a league of awful officiating, the linesman has played a blinder here (or likely not up with play).
Onside for me.
