BBM: Bolton a strong team and we relish the challenge

“They’re a side that have been present all season at the very top of the table. They’re clearly a strong team that’s recruited a lot of players and has a lot of strength in this division.

"They have a strong team with strikers, and their strengths are obvious to us, so we need to relish that challenge and try to overcome it, and we’ll do everything possible to do that.

“We must take the key learnings from past games to ensure we’re the better team on Saturday. We can’t hide away from the fact that we’re trying to win promotion, and for us to do that would be an extraordinary achievement.

"We must focus on winning on Saturday. That is my sole focus for the players. The next game is the most important game because it’s all that we can control.”

Doesn’t he say that about every team we’re about to play

But he doesn’t set the team up to play them we need to be stronger in defence and midfield

Disagree, the performance was fine on Saturday but what stopped us winning was not taking chances. Apart from Kpakio's mistakes, we defended well against a high energy team.

On the MOTM poll on here, Wintle and Robertson were getting praise which suggests people were happy with the midfield too. Fish also from the defensive side.

I point and 1 goal from last 3 home games is not good enough so no excuses Saturday we need a win.

He certainly does and if we don’t win he will say We wanted to win that game

Starting to become a broken record

I was a massive fan of BBM

Burger needed strengthening in January and he brings a goalie in he never has one on the bench :lol:
