Injury update on Chambers and Lawlor

BBM:

"Calum Chambers has had a scan. I think he's seeing the specialist today, so we should know more on that in the next 24 hours. But he obviously couldn't continue and wasn't even close to carrying on at half-time on Monday.

"It just depends on the results of his scan and the specialist, which he's not seen yet.

"Once that becomes clear I think it will be a pretty easy decision of whether he can play or he can't.

"We haven't trained since Peterborough, so we'll have a look at Dylan Lawlor today and tomorrow.

"He won't train today as he's not fit to train today so we'll have to wait and see how he is tomorrow and then take it day by day before Saturday.

"We have options. Perry's very flexible and did a really good job there.

"But over the course of the season there's many different things we have to deal with, and this is just another moment, which will provide an opportunity for somebody else to step in."

Playing NG there will mean Kpakio starting at RB which isn't ideal. Don't want to be too harsh on him as he is young and has talent, but this game is probably too big for him given his current form. I'd play Bagan at CB and start Scanlon, leave Perry at RB if nonone of the CBs are fit.

Reading between the lines, imo Lawlor will probably be ok.

I agree Lawlor will be available and I think Chambers won't be long if it's not broken they can probably strap it up.

I'd rather bagan cb with fish with scanlon Lb and Perry Rb
As kpakio is a liability at mo
