It's a must win game it's as simple as that there are no excuses or anyone saying it's not that will change my mind. BBM has to find a solution it's near the bottom end form for us irrelevant whats said that's the facts. He does not adapt in games to suit even if its not working that's his only down side for me sadly.

It's tedious at times when you can see some games are not working the way he sets up which is the same thing every game and refuses to change during the game if we are under the cosh . Although if we can create chances and put them away unlike row Z then we will win I'm sure :bluescarf:

Ian,

Correct the excuses are running out.

It’s becoming pathetic.

10 games we have mostly been dreadful.

That’s quarter of a season.

The division is so weak and low standard.

Updated:

BBM:

"Calum Chambers has had a scan. I think he's seeing the specialist today, so we should know more on that in the next 24 hours. But he obviously couldn't continue and wasn't even close to carrying on at half-time on Monday.

"It just depends on the results of his scan and the specialist, which he's not seen yet.

"Once that becomes clear I think it will be a pretty easy decision of whether he can play or he can't.

"We haven't trained since Peterborough, so we'll have a look at Dylan Lawlor today and tomorrow.

"He won't train today as he's not fit to train today so we'll have to wait and see how he is tomorrow and then take it day by day before Saturday.

Ahead of City's return to the Welsh capital on Saturday afternoon, Nathan Trott spoke to the press at CCS.
Reflecting on Saturday's draw away from home against Peterborough United, the City shotstopper discussed the squad's desire to push on whilst maintaining focus on their own performances.

“I know how good we are and how good we’ve been all season," Nathan began. "So to leave with a point was a bit frustrating but at the end of the day going away and getting a point is not the worst situation ever.

"I think we can push on from there and continue to play how we have, taking our chances.

“It’s a credit to us and how good we’ve been this season that the last few results haven’t been the best but ultimately, we’re still in a very strong position to get promoted.

“For our standards we could have been a little bit more critical of ourselves, but overall I think that the way this season has been it’s been really positive.

“The main thing is to keep the focus on ourselves. That’s what we’ve been doing since the first week of the season, so why change now?”

With Bolton Wanderers arriving in South Wales in fourth place on the League One table, Nathan sees the fixture as an opportunity to bounce back in the best way possible with a busy run-in towards the end of the season now approaching.

“It’s one of those six-point games where they’re behind us," said Trott. "I think to win at home would be really special for the fans and at this stage of the season would be a really big win.

"That’s what we’re fully focussed on right now. I think that the fans are always going to show their emotions a lot more than the players.

"Over the course of the season there have been so many ups and downs but ultimately when you look at the position we’re in and how we’re playing when you watch the full games, everyone should feel really positive about the way we’re going, and with one win the mood changes again.

“It’s been positive for me since I’ve come in. It’s been a fun team to play with and be a part of, so I just want to continue that, complete the mission and get this Club where it belongs.”

GEORGE Johnston is back in contention for a place in the Wanderers side heading for Cardiff on Saturday lunchtime – but Steven Schumacher has some potential issues elsewhere in his squad.

Johnston has returned to training after missing the 2-2 draw with Stockport County through illness – and the same bug has affected others in the Bolton camp over the last few days.

Schumacher confirmed that some of his players had not been able to train at all this week having picked up injuries over the Easter weekend.

Midfielders Xavier Simons and Ethan Erhahon have both returned to light training after their respective injuries but neither are expected to play in South Wales. John McAtee also serves out the second game of his three-match suspension.

“Nobody other than George Johnston is returning,” said the Bolton boss.

“Ethan and Xavier are still not available. Xavier has been out on the grass this morning, as has Ethan with the physios. George Johnston trained yesterday and today, so he should be fine, he just has to get some food and water and whatever into him.

We have got a couple of knocks from Monday afternoon as well, so we'll just have to see how they recover and whether they're available to go again tomorrow (Friday).”

Amario Cozier-Duberry scored the winner against Cardiff in the corresponding fixture at the Toughsheet, and the winger has suffered no adverse reaction after appearing as a substitute against Stockport on Monday.

Schumacher is reticent to risk him from the start this weekend, however, believing the Brighton loanee will need to be eased back to action.
“I don’t think he’s ready to start, maybe not, because, the plan wasn't even supposed to have him on the bench on Monday,” he said.

“That wasn't the initial plan. But we brought that forward to try and give the crowd a bit of a boost and a little bit of excitement, especially when we had the illness to George (Johnston). There was a space available in the squad.

“So, he was brought forward a few days. Whether he's ready to start or not, I'm not sure. We'll see how he trains.

Chelsea 3rd from bottom of division 2 needs to be shown to people saying that Spurs are too big to go down.

That's the beauty of the pyramid system.
Support the team, not the regime.

This game is a must not lose, or automatic promotion will be jeopardy. We could live with a draw but a win would settle the nerves. :bluescarf: The players must give everything before they leave the pitch, go for the win early on. :bluebird:

Will be on a knife edge this game
The result could shape the promotion picture
We win we are closer to promotion
they win they will have momentum

Another factor is Bradford who are 1 point closer to use than bolton

The only thing that will save our blushes of potential promotion is that Bradford play Bolton soon
so 1 or both could drop points on us

We will.get tbe defence sorted no doubt for me no point passing the ball around there box for 60 mins of the game with nothing to show for it .we nees goals
Since Lincoln teams sit in and do us on the break they are more than happy watching us play around there box while never going in it .last game we were shooting outside the box but got to be something special from there .
Got to involve callum Robinson for me somewhere and sorry to say ruben does nothing just hasn't got a football brain in his head done nothing last few games .
Got to sort out that 10 position why not go through the middle now and then we just dont do it side to side with no end result.
Defence is what it is today but we have to score goals to win the game .
A few tweaks go down the middle play over the top in salech is playing beat the last man and quality at crosses and set pieces and we got a good chance of 3 points.
We are two predictable
Oh and cardiff never do anything easy especially promotion we always loose are final games .
Ill be there today hoping for 3 points
