“ CHAIRMAN DALMAN / CEO KEN CHOO “

Postby Forever Blue » Wed Apr 01, 2026 12:46 pm

We all know they mainly work in London yet are Supposed to Run Cardiff City FC

Wages / interest / expenses CCFC

BUT LETS GO BACK OVER 7 YEARS AGO “ EMILIANO SALA “ RIP

Cardiff City were a Premier League Club:

EMILIANO Signed on the Friday with CCFC / Ken Choo CEO, and it has been proven he was then a Cardiff Player Despite them trying to deny it.

Emiliano then told them he was going back to Nantes FC to say good bye to his ex team mates and friends and to arrange his travel for his dog and luggage etc.

As a Premier League Club and as Emiliano was now ours and costing £15 Mill our most expensive player in history you would think our Chairman and CEO would wrap him up in cotton wool etc and accommodate him fully with his travel planes, first class service, private jet and chauffeur etc by them.

Like any other Premiership football club provides.

And don’t forget Emiliano should of been fully insured from the Friday as an individual player for Cardiff City

But instead he was not fully insured and left sadly totally to his own devises or he could have off them a budget airline flight miles from his personal destination.

They had insurance as a squad but individual insurance / correct insurance on their multimillion £ asset. If they had done all this correctly the last 7 year legal saga would never have ever taken place.

My View Total Incompetence by the heads of a Multi Million £ Premiership Club.

THIS GRAVE ERA WOULD OF SAVED OUR CLUB NOT ONLY SHAME / DRAGGED THROUGH THE MUD IN THE FOOTBALL INDUSTRY/ BUT MULTI MILLIONS £’S WASTED IN LEGAL FEES / TRANSFER FEE WOULD OF BEEN PAID BY THE INSURANCE.

The buying club City were always going to be blamed as he was their player and had signed before it all happened.

1. Announces they’ve signed a player on a Friday for a club record fee.

2. Three days later, the player is killed in a plane crash and, hardly surprisingly, a court case results in which the buying club claims that, contrary to what they said on their website, the player concerned was never theirs because they’d made a mistake in filling out some registration forms.

3. When they lose the court case, the buying club returns to the courts this time claiming eight times the amount they paid for the player from the selling club because they contend that’s how much money they lost by being relegated. They claim that the selling club, or their agent, were liable for the death of a player whose goals would have saved them from relegation.

Now, I would say that no matter what country the second case was held in, the buying club’s legal team would have faced a hell of a task convincing the court they had a winning case.

There was only one winner in this, City’s lawyers made millions out of this and kept it going.

I think the club have been led up the garden path by opportunistic lawyers who saw the ££ signs as soon as they met with the hierarchy. It would be funny if it wasn’t so tragic.

Nail on the head. THIS is the reason the club lost the money. All the other stuff is just bad luck and a genuine tragedy.

How Choo has kept his position at the club is beyond me. He's directly cost Tan millions and millions through incompetence
