This is the second legal defeat in the last 2 yrs alone, suffered by the club following the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) confirming that Emiliano Sala was Cardiff City's player.

It now appears that it will take a few weeks for Vincent Tan to decide if it will lodge an ( if they allow it ) appeal against the decision.
EMILIANO SALA RIP AND HIS FAMILY NOW NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE PEACE ON ALL THIS AND IT SHOULD NOW FINALLY BE LEFT AND WE ALL MOVE ON.
TAN HAS LOST TO FIFA , COURT OF ABRITATION AND THE SUPREME COURT AND NOW THE CIVIL COURTS:

Tan was only wrong or off by over £100 million . How stupid can one be ? All along I’ve said that I believe that Tan will get zilch

Never in a million years was a French court going to side with a British football club; their corruption goes way deeper than ours, but it is still the elite looking out for the French aristocratic social class, a massively exclusive world, with the commercial courts run by businessmen rather than judges.
