DON'T PANIC

Wed Mar 18, 2026 12:21 am

Keep calm, as disappointing as it is to lose at home I would wager everyone single one of us would have taken this position before a ball was kicked. Averaging 2 points per game and our main striker due back in a couple of weeks. Every little thing is going to be alright :bluebird: :bluescarf:

Would agree.

We're going to get promoted.

But tonight was disappointing.

I was nervous after the Lincoln defeat but seeing Bradford and Bolton over the last few games, 3 wins is going to be enough in my opinion

We will be fine, that red card killed us. We looked like we panicked the second half IMO.

If Osho didn’t get sent off it would have been a different game. Let’s remember if someone told said to us we would be in this position at the start of the year we would have bit their hand off.

We lost a lot of players, and the youngsters coming in this season are learning on the job and looking better and better every week.

Keep the faith

We wouldn't have scored if we had 12 players on the pitch.
Ruben is killing us Saturday apart.Getting in kellyman and Tanner way.
and when we need an outlet up top he is sitting in front of the back 4

I completely agree. I think this has been an amazing season and before the season started I would have been happy with a challenge for the playoffs. To be comfortably top two with very little money spent and loads of young academy players playing is incredible.

Down to 10 men and got beaten in the end. It happens. I actually think we have been spoilt by how brilliant we have been for most of the season and now when we aren’t brilliant we as a fanbase react really badly. Look at Luton and Plymouth who came down with us and spent more… they’re nowhere near us. These young players have never played a full season in the first team, even Rubin has never been a regular starter. They’ve done a great job and I’ve loved it this year!

Other teams didn't take advantage so table not changed much with one game less to play. If you go down to 10 men with a half to play are you really expected to win? We looked the more likely to score and the players gave it a right go. I thought.. Shocking how so many left after the 2nd goal with over 10 minutes to play. Embarrassing and the players didn't deserve that,

I mean apart from him putting it on a plate for Kellyman which would have changed the whole game.

I've been critical of him over the last few weeks thought he was awful against Lincoln and Barnsley, but he played well last night, he and Kellyman just haven't clicked

Not panicking just stating a fact we have no other way of playing when teams drop two banks narrow on the edge of there area we can only play outwide, sideways , backwards as they let us play this way because we going nowhere Vs some teams who do this and have nothing to head it or hold it up on the middle of the box or even on the box edge really. When we get there we tap it out again and repeats.

I just think some decent defensive teams have sussed us and let us do that really as it's non productive if they are good in a defensive shape on there edge of there box because they know we are not going to deliver a cross for a striker to battle for it in there 6 yard box so to speak.

It's just one way of playing from BBM and that's it irrelevant of scoreline or whatever but sometimes this does not work as we have seen and we don't adapt to certain teams who do it. That's what makes a good manager as the game does on you adjust to suit.

Nobody is saying about where we are in the table or slagging the manager off it's about some of the recent performances and having no other plan at all. We are all entitled to speak what we see after all after every game good or bad . Still think we will get over the line either way :bluescarf:

Many teams have played that and we played round them or through them.

Doncaster did it, Rotherham did it. Others did.

It’s not only teams who we don’t beat who play that way against us.

But you have to chance things to win games irrelevant as said above. We play one way that's it why we can't break such teams down who do the above.
