Salech has been out of action for over 6 weeks:

Salechs absence has forced head coach Brian Barry-Murphy to rotate his attacking options, with Robinson, Omari Kellyman and Rubin Colwill all used through the middle at various points.

While Cardiff enjoyed success in front of goal during that spell — scoring 22 times across seven matches without Salech before Saturday — the Bluebirds struggled for cutting edge in their most recent outings Plymouth and Lincoln City.

BBM:

The forward was present at Cardiff City Stadium at the weekend as he continues to work his way back to full fitness, but Barry-Murphy has confirmed he will not be available for Tuesday night’s trip to Barnsley.

“I think we’ve lost maybe three out of 20 games,” the Cardiff boss said after the defeat to Lincoln.”

“The narrative is what it is. We have scored a bucketful of goals when Yousef has been missing, but we want him available and we need him to be part of the team.”

“Salech is on the road to recovery.”

Clip of him running on the club's social media.

Would expect the two games this week are too soon for him.

Despite my belief he wouldn't have made much difference on Saturday, hopefully we can target having him back for Wycombe or Blackpool.

I hope he's far much advanced than the video suggests
It says light training
Oh anyone can say he wouldn't have made a difference
The amount of long throw iins suggest he would have helped there

He would have provided a target for the amount of times that side players had the opportunity to cross and chose (rightly) not to. He would have had the defenders second guessing.
