VOTE: MAN of the MATCH v LINCOLN (Home)

Vote your Man of the Match versus Lincoln City @ the CCS, Sat. 6th March 2026

A disappointing result against a resolute but bland Lincoln City team, who were well-drilled and did exactly what we expected from them, i.e. two opportunities and two taken

Overall, I thought our defence played well, our midfield were excellent, but the three up top failed to make a real impression on the resolute Lincoln mass defence

Easy to be critical but we were beaten by our own mistakes today

Some very good performances in our midfield and defence with Robertson, Wintle and Joel Colwill competing well

My selection for today is Ryan Wintle for another great performance! :ayatollah:

Wintle
Some of our potential superstars were poor

Wintle for sure.

The flashy players couldn't get into the game.

Could have said Rubin to be fair, but a few loose passes mean I can't. He was one trying to make stuff happen but Lincoln stifled him well.

Rubin was awful, no idea why we moved the whole team to accommodate him

I'm normally criticised for having a go at Rubin, not defending him

I like how he tried to make things happen. I don't think he was awful, Lincoln just handled him very well.

I think maybe Joel Colwill. Busied himself and tried to be direct when he had it. No1 stood out today really, poor performance
