Darren Purse has emerged as a contender for a return to Birmingham City, with the Cardiff City Under-21s boss reportedly in the frame for the Blues’ vacant youth role.

He's had pelters for years on here when at the bottom of the championship.

Also we have tried to keep everything so positive this season .

We put every game out in the U21 as usual

The quicker Purse is gone the better.

I can still see him now laughing with that other ex player who came in sat on the bench when we were doomed for relegation with Rizla :banghead:

I'll be honest I wouldn't lose any sleep if he did go

It'll be a chance for bbm to get a youth coach in that plays a similar system to him

Correct that's indefensible. Never rated him, I'll drive him to the midlands myself. Perfect time for him too leave and BBM bring his own coach in

Forget Darren Purse; it’s BBM calling the shots and there are other coaches (Matt Bloxham and Tim Ramasut) who are better placed to push the younger players on in the BBM style! :ayatollah:
