You are spot on there Sven. The “genuine bluebirds” are always there no matter what, early kick offs, bad manager bad team, shirt colour, transfer embargo, winding up order, selling our best players to pay bills, etc etc.

That’s are fan base the extras on top are our luxury fans who come out when things are going well and want VFM. and who can blame them if that’s what they want, there’s levels of supporters dedication, it an individual thing and that’s how it should be.

Agree Chris. And as I've said on previous posts relating to this game. Noise and atmosphere is what's more important than numbers. Having passionate fans bring atmosphere is better to me than few extras who sit on their phones barely watching game

Ha I'd love you to be right but it's simply wishful thinking, we've been over 25k a handful of times in the last few years, mostly against the Jacks. Despite this being the biggest game of the season so far there isn't that much actually riding on it, it's not must win for either team. I think we will get a huge crowd this year, but it'll be when the sun is out and we can actually clinch promotion on that day

Sadly I don't even think 25k will be in the ground. 1st Vs 2nd although people will blame the early kick off, even road works these days unless it was a big prem team they would row there through the rain then if needed as we are not as big as people think we are in my opinion. Fairweather fans club that's what we are sadly. An atmosphere would be a bonus to start with irrelevant of crowd.
