The past few years has seen Yanks buying shares/control of several British Clubs. In Cardiff’s case they’d be buying potential, a decent catchment and a modern stadium. So the foundations are there, just need someone with vision and ambition to buy in. Tan obviously just wants out but he isn’t prepared to take a financial hit. Nothing will change till he fekks off back to Kuala Lumpur.
