For a small club that's really good they will make 3,000
our only advantage over lincoln could be the fans the stadium needs to be full in the lower bowl
this should be a cup final for both teams
i just hope we play fish and lawlor they are younger quicker and could cope more with the physical sides imo,
chambers who is slower and not as physical,
we struggled Saturday and against stockport ,lincoln are the same physical overpowering, murphy needs a plan for the big powerful teams ,lets hope he finds it ,but what a game it should be who would want to miss this one.

Some comments make me laugh. Talk of sell outs etc.
How many clubs would sell 34 k in div 1? Absolutely nonsense. Why has one guy mentioned a population of 1.7 million ?
Cardiff has a population of around 300k one of the smaller sized cities in the Uk.
If we get close to 25k that will be great

Population is 385,000 with 1mill with in 20mins radius.
No competition and why should we not get big crowds.

Really hope it's at least 25k.
12.30pm kick off isn't an excuse, hasn't stopped Lincoln bringing loads or Bradford having a full stadium with kick offs at that time.
It's a huge game and the team will need our support.

Why not? We've managed to do it once before in this league with the top 2 teams playing each other & our crowds generally were a lot lower back then.

Exactly:

Just another making poor excuses.

If the match is built up in the way that the 1976 Division 3 clash at home to Hereford was, I see no reason why we couldn't get a much bigger attendance than normal.
That was on a Wednesday night, at Ninian Park with top versus second, in the equivalent league, back then.
Over 35,000 attended.
This match is on a Saturday, which should favour a bumper attendance.
Unfortunately, I think football followers have become more lethargic and often turn to their televisions to view big matches, which was not an option back then.
My guess is around 25,000.
In which case, if Lincoln bring 3,000, their fans deserve all the credit.

So it seems to late by the powers that be to do anything ?
this game was been coming for a long time,
we have been 1st&2nd for a long time and the club have sat on there ar.es for a long time
how shambolic, and what a big let down yet again from above,
why cannot some see what the club could have done for this game ,they cannot even try to do anything to big up the biggest game of the season," it might cost money".

33 k .
Plus more for them .
Lets make it noisy.

For the size of our city you have to ask the question on why our crowds aren’t bigger, but when you consider the amount of support that comes from outside of the city it makes it worse
So the question is, why do the people of Cardiff not support the local team in big numbers?

Bolton and Bradford get bigger home crowds than us, they are not Top and they are Surrounded by other Football Clubs, We certainly are not.

How do they come to get such an allocation ?
A Lincoln fan on FB said they may get up to 4000 given
I called bullshit unless there’s going to be no segregation between them and the family stand.
Surely other teams could have brought more given the chance ..
How does the ticketing work ?
Cheers
