This is another spanner in the works for some.
Seems the club wanted to back him with transfers but the manager didn’t want/need the backing. A manager who knows his squad and what is needed. Who would have thought it. He goes from strength to strength.

I for one wanted to see a few more players in around Aug/Sept time - due to the amount of games compared to last season.
Having said that - We have had players out but the manager has managed this squad the right way - as results show .

So he’s not going to say any different.

Chemistry is fragile. BBM knew that protecting the barrel was more important than adding a risky apple.

He said no, he was happy with the squad, and he didn't need to pay the additional cost that desperate teams need to pay in the expensive Winter window, usually to try and avoid relegation.

Wim promotion, improve the players and buy in the Summer, this season has been perfection.
